*We actually try to save as much paper as possible. We love the outdoors. However, we are lawyers, and original signed documents are typically still preferred and in many cases, required.
Our 3-step estate planning process typically takes 4-8 weeks.
Small business formation typically takes 1-2 weeks.
We understand you are busy, you might have kids, take vacations, etc. Us too. Sometimes estate planning or small business formation take (much) longer, and that’s OK.
For review of current documents, we can typically give you an estimate of the time frame after an initial consultation.
Traditional estate planning documents typically range from $600-$4,000. The lower end being a simple will and companion documents for a single person. The higher end being a revocable trust plan with funding for a couple.
Small business formation is done on a flat fee ranging from $1,000-$3,500 depending on the sophistication of the business, number of owners, etc.
We charge our hourly rate for review, revise, and/or prepare individual documents.
Our initial consultation fee is $50 (30 mins) and our hourly rates are currently $225/hr.
