I was born in Manhattan, Kansas while my dad was stationed at Fort Riley in the Army. I was raised in south Georgia, where I learned and perfected my southern hospitality and charm.
I graduated from Valdosta State University (Valdosta, GA) in 2001. After beginning a master’s degree program that did not fulfill me, I decided to switch gears and fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer by graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (Lansing, MI) in 2007. Immediately after law school I worked for a personal injury law firm in Gainesville, Florida before moving to Colorado and co-founding our law firm in June 2008.
Outside of the office, you will find me with my family, including supporting my kids at their various activities. If I get a rare moment to myself, I might hike, bike, or just relax.
